555fff Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

To open an account and use the services of 555fff, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not be registered as a participant in a self-exclusion program on any other regulated platform in Brazil;
• Not engaging in any activity that constitutes a conflict of interest with 555fff, such as being an employee, service provider, or member of the odds and trading team.

The 555fff reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity, age, and address. Accepted documents include national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, and proof of residence issued within the last 90 days. Bets placed at 555fff are subject to the following general rules:

• The minimum bet amount per selection is R$ 2.00;
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the valid odds for that transaction;
• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available;
• In accumulator bets, if any one selection is canceled or voided, the corresponding amount is recalculated at the adjusted accumulator odds;
• Cash out (full or partial) is available for selected events and may be disabled during periods of high odds volatility.

Event cancellation: If an event is canceled before it starts, all bets associated with it are automatically canceled and the staked amount is returned to the account balance. If the event is postponed, the bet remains valid for the new date provided the event takes place within 48 hours. Postponements exceeding 48 hours result in cancellation and a full refund of the stake.

Odds errors: The 555fff reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full. The user will be notified by email or through their bet history.

For football events — including the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international competitions — the specific rules for each market apply and can be found in the 555fff help center. 555fff. The general rule is that the final result after 90 regulation minutes (plus referee stoppage time) is the valid result for match result bets, unless otherwise stated in the market description.

The 555fff periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion has its own specific terms listed on the offer page, but the general rules are:

• All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement (minimum betting volume) before they can be converted into withdrawable funds;

• Odds changes between the time of selection and the time of bet confirmation, which may occur in high-volatility live markets.

In all cases, the maximum liability of 555fff toward an individual user is limited to the available balance in that user's account at the time of the relevant event.

The 555fff may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Prior to closure, all pending real-money balance withdrawals will be processed as normal, subject to identity verification requirements.
